Absolutely terrible service. Just saw another review about the blond girl working in front. We ended up walking out after building half of a bowl. It was our first time so we weren?t familiar with the process. We frequent several other poke places in the area and will never return here. What a terrible attitude and horrific customer service. We have been going to the Pokeworks in Dana Point because we love it but now we are so excited there is a new location in Ladera Ranch. We were just in yesterday and it amazing. The portions are very generous, fresh poke, a huge variety of ingredients, and the staff was so helpful and kind. You have to check it out!! View all feedback.
