SERIOUSLY the best pizza we have eaten in a very, very long time. And we eat a fair bit of pizza, might I add. <br/ <br/ Our kids had eaten ealier, so they weren't very hungry... So for two adutls and two kids we ordered a large pizza and a pasta to share. We tried a Tres Diabolos/Matisse pizza the best base we've seen in AGES and really fresh ingredients.... We couldn't believe it. Our pasta was Matriciana and it was just beautiful. Not smothered in sauce, but very very tasty and our kids loved it.<br/ <br/ A note on the service. This place has it down pat. Friendly, polite, efficient. Great with kids. Very proud of their product.<br/ <br/ The difference here is that this is a Gold Coast restaurant cooking for devout locals and know I understand why! We'll be back. :
