The chef is very talented and creative, the meals were full of surprises, the presentation was so super that I took photos of every meal I had and I never do that. I would thoroughly recommend the wine pairing because it was very well matched with meals. The waitress spoke perfect English and was very attentive and intuitive. The whole experience was just wonderful and we will certainly come back when we are in the area. Such a gem!

Wonderful for people and dog watching. The best part was the prices for drinks in such a central, old town bar and the beautiful terrace. You don’t have to think twice about the second or third or forth drink. The Patron (owner) who has been there for many years, was very polite, welcoming and wonderfully French. A place for locals but also respectful tourists who do not want to be a ‘tourist’. The rosé is excellent and not at all expensive. Order a ‘quart’ de vin. Pronounced ‘caar in English. A quarter of a litre 25cl basically two big glasses and watch Nice go by. The Aperol spritz is also generous and done correctly. Great place in an excellent spot to explore.
