What a delightful spot for a romantic dinner! We were looking forward to visiting Nomade ever since we started planning our Medoc trip, and it was thoroughly memorable. The Nomade hospitality is excellent and the dishes are exquisite. A dinner at Nomade should be at the top of the list for everyone visiting the region!
This is a top notch restaurant in the Bordeaux region. The food was excellent and surprising. The accompanying wine was well chosen. Many thanks for the voyage through the chef's vision.
We came for an early apéro at 11am. The terrace was sun filled and surrounded by colourful, grand and ancient Nisçois buildings. Wonderful for people and dog watching. The best part was the prices for drinks in such a central, old town bar and the beautiful terrace. You don’t have to think twice about the second or third or forth drink. The Patron (owner) who has been there for many years, was very polite, welcoming and wonderfully French. A place for locals but also respectful tourists who do not want to be a ‘tourist’. The rosé is excellent and not at all expensive. Order a ‘quart’ de vin. Pronounced ‘caar in English. A quarter of a litre 25cl basically two big glasses and watch Nice go by. The Aperol spritz is also generous and done correctly. Great place in an excellent spot to explore.
Lovely, friendly little bar in a great spot. The beer and selection of cheeses were excellent.
Very nice tasting experience, in 6 or 7 sequences, I don't know anymore but we left the restaurant having almost overeaten. The restaurant is privatized for a maximum of 8 people. Manon welcomes you in a very friendly manner while being reserved. And she will take care of you from start to finish, explaining each dish, each glass of wine, answering each of your questions very kindly and always with a smile. As for the surprise trip prepared by Thibault in the kitchen, because yes, surprise, no menu, a real discovery of flavors. Very beautiful plates, and I'm not talking about the dishes but the presentation. An explosion of flavors in the mouth expertly balanced by the chef. A very nice trip, a very good meal, a very good time. You receive the menu at the end of the meal to take away as a souvenir. The lovely attention... My wife and I had a dinner which was a set menu with wine pairing. Oh my goodness, it was out of this world! The chef is very talented and creative, the meals were full of surprises, the presentation was so super that I took photos of every meal I had and I never do that. I would thoroughly recommend the wine pairing because it was very well matched with meals. The waitress spoke perfect English and was very attentive and intuitive. The whole experience was just wonderful and we will certainly come back when we are in the area. Such a gem!
We cannot recommend this restaurant too highly. Discovered by chance when looking for a restaurant close to our hotel, everything about Nomade exceeded our expectations. The charming service, the exquisite cuisine and the excellent wines selected to accompany the menu dégustation. Digne d’un restaurant étoilé !
Incredible restaurant with incredibly kind owners. Loved the food it was truly breathtaking cuisine (the aromas for each of the dishes were a delight of the senses; really! . Price Quality is absolutely stunning. Attention to details inside is remarkable. Will be back !

A husband and wife establishment with innovative delicious cuisine at very decent prices. In the Margaux region, the wine selection is wonderful and the dishes made from seasonal products. The white asparagus with coddled egg was a perfect appetiser. The pork loin with asian notes of mango and teriyaki in the sauce accompanied by fried salsifies was delicious. The deserts were light and tasty, the Gianduja Tiramisu style one was particularly good. Since the restaurant can only serve about 12 people at a time, reservations are highly recommended.

A husband and a woman with innovative delicious kitchen to very decent preisen. in the region margaux the wine selection is wonderful and the dishes from seasonal products. the white spargel with diced egg was a perfect appetit. the pork with Asian notes of mango and teriyaki in the sauce accompanied by fried salsify was delicious. the deserts were light and tasty, the gianduja Tiramisu style was particularly good. because the restaurant can only serve about 12 people at a time, reservations are highly recommended.
