The Uber ride down to Boca de Tomlatan was scenic and longer than we expected. Once there, we had beers at one of the beach cafes before boarding the water taxi to the Ocean Grill. The restaurant is built into the side of a hill that overlooks another really pretty beach. We had great service from the restaurant staff, and everything was terrific. Loved their skinny margaritas and the grilled octopus. The whole experience was just fantastic. Our only problem was that we failed to pre-arrange transportation back to PV after dinner. Ended up in another water taxi which somehow got us back to town. What a day!
