Ocean Grill - La Quebrada

Acabo de estar en Ocean grill , un lugar fuera de serie...... han teñido problemas con los teléfonos y cambiaron su número de reservaciones ojo !!! 3221110157 Este está temporal . Y ya aceptan walkinns ... así es que si pasas por ahí , solo bájate a pedir un pulpo al carbón y un agua chile de camarón .... ahh no se te olvide la margarita Ocean grill

Loved the Ocean Grill experience. Such a beautiful remote location. The vision for this restaurant was amazing Im sure a challenge! Built on a side of a steep cliff The dogs are characters! That hairless critter though lol Hopping on a boat was a bit tough for me being short! Needs a ladder to get in ! Service was good However we all seemed to have gotten food that was cold! Mahi was cool and bland needs spice) . Minimal tiny veggies! I was still hungry , The filet was a really good portion size cooked well but again it was not hot at all and the bacon surrounding it was rubbery undercooked. Meat was tender. Good cocktails . I would have liked to sit and have another cocktail but the boat comes to pick you up . I met Ernesto and his wife and she did ask me about my experience I conveyed the fact that all our food was sadly cold. Hopefully it will be addressed

No ribs available. Four shrimp for $31.00 USD. Food was served cold. Vegetables were old (string and tasteless). Service was slow with only one waiter. Beautiful venue but extremely poor food quality and quantity. I do not recommend this restaurant...it is way overated.

This restaurant as to go down as one of the worst customer service places in all of Puerto Vallarta. We have been every time we come to PV. You have to make reservations online but this time there website was down for weeks due to upgrades so it says. I tried calling multiple times but no one answers there phone ever. So we went by boat because we were out fishing one day and the only way to get there is by boat. We spoke to one of the servers/manager on the dock who spoke perfect English this was on a Saturday morning around 10:30am and asked if we could make a reservation with him for 8 people on Monday at the 11:00am seating as they do a 11:00am 1:00pm and 3:00pm you have to be at the pick up dock in Boca 15 minutes prior to your seating. He said no problem the boat would be there to pick us all up on Monday morning at 10:45. My daughter and son in law plus grandchildren were visiting us and were so looking forward to going to ocean grill as I'd told them all about it from our past visits. Well we left our condo got taxis for all 8 of us and went to Boca to get the boat to go for lunch and no one even showed up. The restaurant at the dock where you catch the boat told us they don't open at 11:00am this time of year. We tried calling and again no one answers the phone. What a let down for all 8 of us who were so looking forward to going there. Absolutely no customer care from this owner who must have got to successful for his own good. Will never go again. With all the great restaurants in PV this owner needs to be careful.

My family and I decided to hike over to Ocean Grill from Boca de Tomatlan. Iffy choice for me since I'm coming off of medical treatment, but it was well-worth it. Moderately-difficult hike (took us about 55 minutes since I slowed-down my group a bit), but it was great. Once we finally got there, we were greeted warmly, given very cool moist towels to cool off, then ordered our lunch after cooling off.Food was amazing! My shrimp (pictured) was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Service was fantastic and friendly. We spent a couple of hours afterward swimming in the beautiful cove and, when we were done, we took the afternoon boat back to Boca de Tomatlan. (No hiking back!)Great experience.
