Menu dégustation comme le chef voudras, de surprise en surprise temps de gourmandise je me laisse séduire, pour accompagner un très joli vin blanc.Le service et professionnels et de bon conseil pour le vin. Le décor est chaleureux tous en bois, les tables sont spacieuses.Comment vous décrire tout c'est Plats? Je vous laisse découvrir les photos j'espère qu'ils vous donneront envie de découvrir cette adresse ou le chef Julien, vous fera Voyager tout comme moi sur les saveur et des textures dont je ne peu oublier ce moment passé.Je recommande.

Il y a uniquement deux menus (ça ce n'est pas grave) et on nous annonce que ce n'est plus la saison de tel ingrédients donc il est changé pour un autre. Très bien, je propose que l'on rallume l'ordinateur et que l'on fasse crépiter l'imprimante. C'est le seul défaut.Nous avons opté pour le menu Une Parenthèse en 7 services où le chef décline son talent culinaire : Brochet, Omble chevalier (tout simplement exceptionnel), escargots, langoustine, haricots du jardin (une pause fraîcheur bienvenue), canette et dessert.En apéritif un kir savoyard avec un sirop de foin maison : étonnant mais très bon.A noter que le fromage est présenté comme un plat et pas uniquement un plateau.La carte des vins est très fournie, notamment en vins régionaux et reste très accessible. On peut se faire plaisir à partir de 50 €, ce qui assez rare pour être signalé.Le service est également au top, prévenant sans être trop pressant.

My friend and I sung there last night and we were both very happy! as chef chef and senior barkeeper of a Michelin star restaurant in Great Britain we were curi... read more My friend and I sung there last night and we were both very happy! as chef chef and senior barkeeper of a Michelin star restaurant in Great Britain we were curious to compare. service was good, there was a woman (senior figure, possibly maitre d .who was a real highlight (she was fantastic, though we felt like some of the workers might judge the two sonnenbrand 20 voices sitting in the corner. the pasta and eggshell had a nice story, although was quite rich and little acid lacking, there was a kind of burned zirky on or it the planner with kohl sorbet was the best dish of the night, although we recently ate in ynyshir (2 and restaurant gordon ramsey (3 and the court would have attached on both menus, really phenomenal. the service was elegant as they would expect from French fine food, with a few small mistakes (the somm touches the top of the drinking glass and running eating, while an empty beer bottle from another table cleaned). menu and decor was beautiful and while the Italian and Swiss influences were clear, it was still a good example for French fine-size. great value and would return!
