Door says they open at 10:3... read more My previous visit they were out of cheese, no big deal things happen. My most recent visit I arrived at 10:38 and they weren?t open. Door says they open at 10:30. At 10:40 after a couple of people were waiting outside they opened the doors. After myburrito had been started I?m informed they have no cheese, no lettuce, and no guacamole. Once my burrito had been made I stoodat the cash register for another 5 minutes waiting for them to find out who was working the register to ring me up.

Also the ch... read more I got a chicken bowl with a large chip. The women accidentally charged me for a large soda instead. I believe the price difference is only 40 cents. Also the chips were a bit stale. Other then that the chicken bowl was well seasoned and tastedgreat!

Every time I've visited, the po... read more I've usually had great experiences at Chipotle, but for some reason, this particular location just doesn't seem to get it right. Every time I've visited, the portion sizes have been quite small—much smaller than at any other Chipotle I've been to. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

The parking lot is poorly designed, and since the closure of the other Chipotle on Genessee, this spot has seen more customers, resulting in longer lines and wait times. However, the food is always fresh, portions are generous, and the friendly staff helps keep things moving quickly. There's nothing wrong with this Chipotle itself; it's simply dealing with circumstances beyond its control. If anyone from Chipotle corporate reads this, please consider opening another location nearby! The wait times clearly show there’s strong demand.
