I purchased a root beer growler on Thursday night and placed it in the mini refrigerator in my hotel room. When I woke up Saturday morning, I discovered that the root beer had frozen and the glass had shattered. I have loved the Pearl for my whole life. But three separate times in a row my order is lost or something. Today I watched 11 people order and then get malts and cones and everything else before us.
