Decided to come early to queue but turns out that there were enough seats for everyone on the first seating. Similar to the other outlet, you order at the kiosk before taking a seat. The space is actually very spacious and minimalistic, perhaps the reason why the prices are slightly higher. I ordered the beef ramen, added char shu, egg and a side of wagyu rice bowl. Everything added up to slightly under 3000¥. It’s not cheap but it’s also cause I added a lot of things. At the other outlet I had tsukenmen so I decided to try the ramen this time round. The broth is equally rich and not super drinkable. It’s akin to the taste and nagi ramen in shinjuku. The charshu is super good, melt in your mouth. The Wagyu slice is quite big but as it’s cooked well done, I couldn’t tell how good it is. When I left, there wasn’t anyone waiting to come in. Seems like the type of place if you know you know kind.
