Steak Teppanyaki Mikura - Kyoto

Fantastic meat, great service, wonderfulness was generously poured)

Beautiful place with beautiful view. the food was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. the steak melted in the mouth. I would recommend it very much.

Steak itself was great, but the whole meal was overpriced. the restaurant seemed to be almost incapable, as during our 2.5-hour dinner there were absolutely no other mozens where other places were packed! all the dishes they served before the steak were under-par. the suppe was cold, the chickensashimi did not taste fresh, the lobster was dry. all this would have been alleviated if there was not such a stiff price tag. Most expensive and yet least pleasant meal of our trip, sad.

First of all, the kitchen was filthy. Very shocking to see in Japan, but everytime someone opened the curtain you could see the filth. Beyond the filth, they tried to serve us raw chicken. We asked for something else or for it to be cooked. The staff didn’t understand so we left.

Not a good place to eat Kobe beef ...not even clean and for Japan it’s rare ! Super expensive as well for not even a decent meal...
