I must say that the ability to cut the veggies of japanese is really amazing, see how thin the veggie is! also the main course of the day is actually roasted vegetables. even the sweet is fried, it can still get its fresh taste? How could it be possible? there is one or two sweets in that I didn't like to eat, but I ended them all because the taste is just too good!
