Was User at Saikaku a mag?
This is truly an outstanding restaurant. There are no gimmicks and no excess here. Just fantastic food prepared by a talented and passionate chef. There are lots of very good Chinese restaurants in Kyoto, and throughout Japan, but there is nothing that resembles Saikaku.
