To make things worse, the young woman kindly brought me a second one, but I'm still puzzled about what’s going on. Are you hesitant to add enough chocolate to the shake? After waiting for 10 minutes, it became past midnight, so we decide... read more We were instructed to wait at the front for sweet tea since they were preparing a new batch. After waiting for 10 minutes, it became past midnight, so we decided to leave and go home. When we received our food, it was cold and tasted stale. To make matters worse, we were missing an order of chicken strips, although they included the empty box in the bag. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but each time I was somehow disconnected. The person who answered the phone was quite rude. On my fourth call, a woman answered, but she was not much better; she seemed indifferent to our cold, stale meal and the missing drink. She did offer a refund for the missing meal, but only if we came back to the restaurant. Considering we only ordered two items and it wasn’t a complicated order, it was frustrating to wait for 30 minutes in line just to be met with poor service, an incomplete meal, and the inconvenience of having to return to the store for a refund. It feels like customer service is a thing of the past.
