However, I did find... read more This Whataburger meets expectations perfectly. I didn't encounter any problems with the service or the food, so I can't take away any stars. However, I did find it a little odd that everything seemed almost too perfect. It felt like everything was done exactly by the book, to the point of coming across as a bit clinical or mechanical.

I w... read more My experience has been quite disappointing. I've dealt with either long waits for my food or received the wrong order. I've encountered two problems so far. I will go back to pick up my free replacement, but after that, I doubt I will return to this location.

We were instructed to wait at the front for sweet tea since they were preparing a new batch. After waiting for 10 minutes, it became past midnight, so we decide... read more We were instructed to wait at the front for sweet tea since they were preparing a new batch. After waiting for 10 minutes, it became past midnight, so we decided to leave and go home. When we received our food, it was cold and tasted stale. To make matters worse, we were missing an order of chicken strips, although they included the empty box in the bag. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but each time I was somehow disconnected. The person who answered the phone was quite rude. On my fourth call, a woman answered, but she was not much better; she seemed indifferent to our cold, stale meal and the missing drink. She did offer a refund for the missing meal, but only if we came back to the restaurant. Considering we only ordered two items and it wasn’t a complicated order, it was frustrating to wait for 30 minutes in line just to be met with poor service, an incomplete meal, and the inconvenience of having to return to the store for a refund. It feels like customer service is a thing of the past.

While Whataburger is... read more Having lived in Texas my whole life, I’ve been to many Whataburger locations. I can honestly say this one is the slowest I’ve experienced. While Whataburger is usually a bit slow, this spot is noticeably less efficient. The staff is friendly and accurate with orders, but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to receive your food every time.

If you visit Whataburger, park and place your order inside for the best service and accurate orders. If you have to use the drive-thru, choose the left lane. We... read more If you visit Whataburger, park and place your order inside for the best service and accurate orders. If you have to use the drive-thru, choose the left lane. We got stuck in the right lane, and three cars that arrived after us received their food and left before we even realized our order was incorrect (after correcting the employee who input it twice). We ended up leaving without paying and went somewhere else.
