My husband never received his sandwich or a receipt. When he went back to ask for either his sandwich or a refund, the staff told him that a smart person would have kept their receipt. Since they didn’t give him one, he couldn't provide it, and they refused to refund him. Insulting my husband is certainly not good service. This experience was incredibly rude. On another visit, they didn’t even add chocolate syrup to a sundae. It's frustrating to come home and have to apply syrup to a chocolate sundae that should have had it in the first place. Overall, it's very disappointing.
I had a really long wait at this restaurant. The young boy who was working at 5 PM was quite rude, and the manager didn’t seem to be of any assistance. The slushies were disappointing as well.
