Instead, I ordered the picadillo, but it arrived as a cold, unappetizing brown mush along with some potatoes, all wrapped in a tough and stale tortilla. At the very least, they should ensure that the food is served hot for safety reasons.

My order was ready in under two minutes, even though there was a line of ten people ahead of me. The staff definitely deserves a raise; don't let corporate greed lead to losing such dedicated employees. They truly earn it!
