The restaurant has replaced the delicious vegan Beyond patties with non-vegan Impossible burger patties. The limited vegan options are not satisfactory. Furthermore, they make it easy to mistakenly order a plant-based burger with regular cheese or meat toppings, which has misled some customers. It's better to find a different place to dine, as it is evident that vegans are not a priority for this chain. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Grill'd:
there are a few vegan options. there is a section of beyond burger options, but only 2 of the 4 can be made vegan. oddly one of the beyond burger options contains speck. overpriced for what they get. I also do not see chips coming in a disposable box if they could simply be placed directly on the plate. View all feedback.
The service was efficient, and the meals were delicious and nutritious. While they are on the pricier side, you won’t find a burger like this anywhere else! I absolutely love the concept of a Beyond Burger.
I really like their caesar salad here. I can't promise you that it's healthy but it has a generous serve of ingredients with everything I love: fried egg with a runny yolk, grilled chicken, fried bacon, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, lettuce etc. The salad dressing is balanced and tasty. The wait can be a little long when they are busy but otherwise service has been friendly.
I’m totally obsessed with the chips served with sweet chili mayo and chipotle mayo! The standout dish for me is definitely the “Sir Truffle” burger. The flavors are an explosion in my mouth, with the intense truffle taste paired perfectly with Parmesan cheese and a tender patty in the center!
You may recall some time ago Davin and I went to Southland to watch Ready Player One (great movie! . Anyway they had movie and meal deals at certain restaurants during that time so Davin picked Laksa King and I chose to eat at Grill’d.
The burgers here are usually very good quality but are let down sometimes during busy periods. Would be happy to wait the extra time during these times to make sure the burgers are done correct. Other than that the staff are always friendly and always go the extra mile to help out.
