You can truly feel the passion that has gone into both the food and the ambiance. The chef, Julian Hills, has even crafted beautiful handmade plates for the dishes. We were lucky enough to secure a spot at the chef's table, where we enjoyed a delightful tasting menu paired with wines, sake, and dark ale. I found it impossible to pick a single favorite, so I must say I have two: the macaron and the sweetbread. A visit to Navi was more than just a meal; it was a memorable experience. I can't wait to return and share this with friends next time!

Sitting in front of the chefs table you get to watch as Chef Julian and team work their magic and make you feel involved in the process. <br/ <br/ I had the 8 course meal along with the wine pairing (although I could not keep up with all the wines!! and each dish that came out was without fault.<br/ <br/ Chef Julian explained the foods and origins, and the sommelier professionally assisted us with the wines.<br/ <br/ All in all, I cannot wait to be back!!

We sat at the bar and watched it all happen before our eyes. So good to experience some really surprising an delicious native flavors. The crockery is also worth mentioning as a highlight. Looking forward to going back again.
