We ordered two breakfast meals, and both were incorrect. I asked for a biscuit breakfast sandwich but received a croissant instead. The coffee was cold, and I had to wait for a fresh pot while I ate. The customer service and product quality were disappointing, especially for what Wendy's typically offers. With six employees on duty, the service was lacking. Another customer also came in after receiving the wrong order through the drive-thru. It’s no surprise we were the only diners in the restaurant.
Absolutely terrible experience. We received only 2 out of 4 Frostys at the window, then were asked to wait in the mobile parking spot for over 5 minutes. By the time they finally brought our order, the Frostys had melted into soup, and the other two were carelessly tossed in with hot food. To top it off, our drink was forgotten and brought back in the wrong size. I regret not making a fuss about it because this is unacceptable. The food is simply too expensive for it to be this inconvenient, with items either wrong, unappetizing, or both. Honestly, just drive to Boise or make some Dino nuggets at home—it's cheaper and of better quality.
I would rate this restaurant negatively if I had the option. The food is notably old, cold, and unappetizing, especially given the high prices. I encountered cold meals on two different occasions and reached out to the district manager, who only offered me two small combo meals as compensation, despite my nearly $30 spend on each visit. This experience was disappointing, as the food was lacking in flavor and truly unappealing.
Love their Baconator series! My grandson does, too. And we have to get the chocolate frosties for everyone.
Offer ordering in the app, and then they constantly lock the lobby so you have to sit in the drive thru anyway, and your food is cold by the time you get it, and the order is messed up half the time when you do finally get it. Capitalizing on the lack ofcompetition in the area, they know people will come even though the experience is terrible.
