Worst experience ever! Came in the day before and ordered sandwiches for an event at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Made the order in person and paid in advance. When I came to pick them up they wanted to charge me for them again. All of the sandwiches wereto have the same vegetables on them. When I opened them up only one sandwich had vegetables. The rest had none. When I calledthem up the excuse I was given was that the order that they took was not clear. Somehow that's my fault. Sounds like they havesome training issues to deal with. There was no manager on duty to speak to. When I said I wanted some money back to compensatethe botched order I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back said he could remake the sandwiches that I needed to serveat this time. Totally unacceptable. No one here seems to be paying attention to what they're doing or cares. Will make a phonecall to corporate on Monday.
I visited Subway to grab a sandwich and found the restaurant to be unclean, with dirty tables, floors, and counters. The staff forgot to add bacon to my sandwich, which was supposed to be included. I also wanted to purchase a gift card, but no one there seemed to know how to process it. They really need better assistance!
I ordered my usual sandwich through the app, and my husband picked it up and brought it home. What I got was a slimy, sauce-covered mess loaded with pickles—completely disgusting. I called the restaurant, and Hayley, who is supposedly the manager, said I had to bring it back to prove it wasn’t what I ordered. I live 25 miles away and there’s no way I’m making that trip for such a small order. When I told her I expected a full refund if I did come back, she refused. She said they had been scammed before and couldn’t issue refunds without seeing the item. She suggested I contact Brayden, the actual manager, in the morning. For a six-dollar sandwich, I’m definitely not driving back and forth. The staff needs better quality control and the authority to fix their mistakes. They really need to do better.
The preparer made mistakes on 2 out of 4 sandwiches and then attempted to overcharge for one of the incorrect sandwiches.
Had my daughter go and get some sandwiches from our local Subway in kuna and wanted to order the oven roasted Turkey and a BLT and also wanted to use the coupon that they sent us in the mail. And you made my daughter cry the way she was treated by the manager.Apparently they no longer have either sandwiches which both are listed and wouldn’t except the coupon. The manager was a complete jerk to her he made the sandwiches as a special order and with attitude! The people waiting behind left once they seen how my daughter was treated. The two young men working were on her side also as clearly it’s on the menu and listed as a local favorite. I did go and return the sandwiches and the manager had already left. The two young men acted like professionals and agreed the manager was out of line. Needless to say Jersey Mike was our next move and they will be our permanent place.
