Are a little bit small, but that means they can try several things and they want! I had guacamole and chips, a vegan burrito and a vegan taco. let them know if they are the chalkboard over the kitchen for vegan tacos. get them a margarita or two
My partner and I arrived after a day of travel late in kumamoto and were excited to find tortacos open and with several vegan options. the staff was very friendly. the place was full of what seemed to be native. it is a very cozy and friendly environment. the menu clearly displayed vegetarian elements and specified elements can be made vegan. after the order I noticed the vegan chorizo on the special board and asked to add it to my burrito. a language barrier led to the fact that I got two burritos, which were finally in order because they are tiny! they use a black bean spread, not really drilling, and there is no rice in the dressed. the burrito had a lot of salat and fresh veg, but was not super filling therefore the necessary for two. my partner got the veg enchiladas, filled with kartoffels and quite delicious. Overall, it was a great local culinary experience and a much needed and much welcome vegan eating in a place missing many vegan options. However, eating was quite moderate and pricy. updated by the previous review on 2019-10-23
Delicious food, but expensive for the portion size. let them know to remove the milk and use mais tortilla. order the mango smoothie when they have replacement.
I reside in Tokyo and this establishment was far superior in authenticity and taste compared to any Mexican restaurant I have tried in Japan. Even during a non-tourist season like Corona, this restaurant was still one of the most popular spots we encountered. They offered a wide selection of Mezcal and the food was absolutely delicious. They even had a separate vegetable menu, labeled in English, with vegan options available. The tostadas were outstanding, and the guacamole was fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!
