Bergisch elegance I have been a fan of “In der Delling” for a long time. It is a well-run establishment with a down-to-earth and creative kitchen. A la carte dishes are offered and there is also a good menu. What is very worth mentioning is that there is always an Indian dish on the menu. It is always fresh and well cooked. The menu changes monthly (the one long-running favorite always remains on the menu) and the menu is not a novel with hundreds of dishes. There is also an afternoon shop selling waffles and cakes. And you can sit outside very nicely. This is the right place for people who like to go for a walk in the countryside. The Indian evening once a year is also worth mentioning. Otherwise a very good restaurant with a feel-good factor
