Buergelstollen - Kronberg

We used to visit often when we lived in Kronberg. This place is a gem. Bern and Regina, owners, were great. There normal menu is great and they have goose in the fall. The potato skins make a great appetizer

Always a real treat! We stay down at the SchloB and leave e lunch or dinner at this restaurant. Food is always excellent. Go and see for yourself. German dishes! Great service! Enjoy!

I go here regularly. The schnitzels are always good and last time I had the lamb special which was great together with a dark beer is was just what I would have wished for. The duck in November was also very good. Service has always been quick, polite and friendly. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy a lovely view of the taunus towards Frankfurt.

We recently had lunch outside in the biergarten on Mothers Day. It was very crowded. We waited awhile to order, but then things seemed to move much quicker. Many review will say that the service is poor. The servers are working hard, there are just not enough of them on a busy Sunday. The food was good, nothing amazing. I enjoyed a Bauernsalat. Portions are good. Will definitely return on a sunny afternoon in the future. We also spotted large platters of steak fries topped with Bacon. We have to come back for that!
