What Lynn B likes about Toro Negro:
We went early evening after we’d done a walking tour of Cologne and we were told by some departing Americans that the steak was good. We both ordered fillet steak (with a choice of small, medium and large) and had them cooked medium rare. They were the best steaks we’ve had in a long time. Served with baked potato and salad. Service was friendly and well paced. Would definitely recommend. View all feedback. What David V doesn't like about Toro Negro:
The steaks were done perfectly. A friend's grilled shrimp were overcooked. We were surprised to learn only after the meal, that this was a CASH ONLY business NO CREDIT CARDS are accepted. I'm upset that there was no signage anywhere saying no credit cards. This was the only sit down restaurant on an 18 day tour that was cash only. View all feedback.
