After waiting outside u... read more Passed by Koln with my old child who wanted sushi udon for lunch. The shop was full when we went. The server told us to wait for awhile. After waiting outside under the sun, another German lady came. The server came out... kindly reminded the lady to come back later. Then she turned to us ask if we'd come later. ?! Why don't tell us at the beginning that the lunch hour is fully booked? Then the server asked if we want any takeaways? After we ordered, she said they have no paper cups bowls. Of many Japanese cities me my child went Tokyo, Kobe, Osaka…, we never encountered any receptions like this, very polite, yet very RUDE
