What LouiseM doesn't like about Reaction Coffee Roasters:
The restaurant did not have any vegan options available and did not allow for modifications to create a vegan version of dishes. I requested the avocado toast without poached eggs and feta, hoping to substitute them with sweet potato fries, but I was informed that this was not allowed. There is only one vegan option available on the menu, but there are several vegetarian choices to choose from. The vegan dish is a classic Beyond burger topped with Daiya cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, all served on a vibrant green bun. It is served with a side of sweet potato crisps and a simple salad.
