What Nel U doesn't like about It's Just Wings:
Food is ok, service is bad, location needs cleaning, they serve you food in containers that are dirty on the outside too. My drink had a gnat in it. My online confirmation says my orders are supposed to be handed to me outside but they refused to bring it to me. Staff are unfriendly and clearly hate the job. The chili was drowned in grease. We spooned the grease into another container, but still unable to eat the chili. The kindly replaced with enchilada soup, but spices not mixed appropriately, and was salty. Put us off on the whole meal. Did not enjoy the experience.
Ordered some garlic parm and plain (because some sauces arent very goid) boneless chicken last night. I messed up by not getting all garlic parm. They were amazing!! Highly recommended. Way more than enough curly fries also.
When my moms steak was brought out the second time, the manager presented a ribeye that was still raw when originally asked to be cooked medium…and the side item was also incorrect. When my mom informed the manager it was still wrong, the manager replied with an attitude that she didn’t know what it was supposed to be. The whole job as a manager is to know what it is supposed to be! And ensure quality and customer satisfaction. With a smile and not a rude attitude. Miserable fail on her end but our server did such an amazing job and we loved that she cared so much about taking care of my mom.

Never ordering here again.
Be aware, when you order online it let's you choose your parking spot so they can bring your order out to your car but for some reason they don't do this anymore. The wings were good, but small. I also wish they didn't pile your saucy wings in the same to go box as the fries. Makes them very soggy. I recommend the Sweet Chili Zing sauce. On the plus side, I think they use Chili's ranch since they're in the same building. So the ranch is 10/10!
