That was an indescribably beautiful evening and culinary adventure!!! Great and very attentive staff! Unfortunately, we can't give this place a 5+, which we definitely deserve! Thank you so much for the over 4 hours of indulgence with delicacies, which flew by!!!

It's been a while since I've had a taste of Germany... I found a place that uses fish well... The raw beef appetizer was amazing, the bread and butter were delicious, and the wine pairing was perfect I updated to the steak wagyu, and it was delicious... By the time dessert came out, I was so drunk from the wine that I don't quite remember the taste, but the chocolate at the end and the after-dinner drink were perfect

We had a great experience at Restaurant Taku. The food is clearly high-quality—fresh, seasonal ingredients with a nice mix of local and international touches. Flavors are well-balanced, leaning a bit into that rich umami side (which I personally enjoyed). The menu is a fun fusion of Western and Asian influences. Everything felt intentional and well-executed. Service was smooth and well-paced, and the sommelier really knew his stuff. The space itself is modern and minimal, but still relaxed—no stiff fine dining vibes here. Price-wise, it felt fair for a Michelin-star experience. Definitely a spot for special occasions… or when you just want to remind yourself you have good taste… literally and financially
