They got angry to me, and they want to help as much as possible, no.. as much as impossible. I asked for a vegidelight with everything but tomato. They tried to give me one with nothing but tomato. At the end I got one with just salade, onions and paprika. Where's the rest??

I was asked which sauce I... read more One star is way too much but this subway is trying to get as much money as possible. Customers are asked to get through the line fast. I was asked which sauce I wanted and within 3 seconds they decided that BBQ was the one for me, no confirmation asked. Then I wanted to pay and the guy (see photo) was angry because I wanted to pay by card and the paper for receipts was empty. He had to get new paper and asked if I was able to pay by cash. My answer, as I was already irritated by this guy, was no, not enough or you have to deal with 60 cents. That made him even more angry and he didn't talk to me after. Besides that I asked for the 5 euros deal (sub drink) and he charged me 7 (sub cookie drink). If you can eat elsewhere please do so.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! To be righteous to them, the subway tasted good, but it seems that they don't have anyone working at the lobby because we had to clean a table ourselves to sit down, not really what I expect from a big chain like Subway.

Once we've joined together, we're starting to question our decision, but thought "it's a subway, the food's gonna be okay, right?' It might be the most disgusting subway I've ever been there. Very surly staff that consisted of a coke can is 1.25, although the shield in the cooler clearly says 1.00. He just didn't want to accept 1,00ea. It is by far the worst of any fast food place where I was for cleanliness (or a heavy lack of cleanliness). After we got our food, we went up to find food and garbage on the tables, seats and on the floor. I understand if they are busy, they can't always clean as often as they want, but the food and the garbage were obviously there for a while because much of it remained stuck. Once we had taken our food, we had brown salad, old bacon and burned cheese. We were both very hungry, but none of us finished our food. 13 euros for two six and two coke was rough over price...... it is not the only one that was rough!! NB: This is based only on my experience. I suggest you try it yourself, you can have another experience to me.
