The atmosphe... read more I stumbled upon this restaurant in the 90’s and it was fabulous. The steak with the peppercorn sauce on it is my favorite. So tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy, it’s at basement level or below street level. You could walk by it for years and barely notice it. But once you do you will go back as many times as you can.
