Lieferando reviews sounded pretty good. But that was the last time.

Sure, there have been longer delivery times or something wrong with the food—that happens everywhere. We've ordered from other places before, trying something different, but we've found our favorite dishes at Pizza Kid and we'll stick with them.

If you don't want to accept any more orders after a certain time, adjust your settings with Lieferando and call the people who have already ordered (which we will no longer be among).

That's not how you treat your customers, especially when you politely ask if the food is on its way after two hours. Absolutely outrageous.

We ordered food at 8 p.m., a burger and two pizzas. The food arrived an hour later. The pizza was wrong, fries were cold, and the burger was dry. They argued on the phone that it was my fault, since I had ordered the pizza. After an hour, a new one was delivered, and I had to give the old one back. We were finally able to eat at 10 p.m. Thanks for nothing. The pizza itself was delicious, but we won't order it again.
