We decided to try it out with some friends, and the re... read more I've heard lots of good things about the food at this bar/restaurant, but it's also recommended as a bar. We decided to try it out with some friends, and the results were poor indeed. Apart from a ridiculously long list of gins, the bar offers an interesting menu of about ten craft cocktails which are reasonably priced between 8 and 11 Euros. Alas, my first three choices were unavailable due to lack of ingredients. My friends choices were available but disappointing. I finally decided on a rye Old Fashioned which led to a lot of discussions between the barkeeper and his colleague - this request seemed to be asking too much. I'm sure this bar will serve a mean gin and tonic, but the choice in great bars in the neighborhood is so good I won't return.

Average food, prices astronomical for what the place is, service slow and not attentive. I love gin, so this place is heaven with a huge selection, and the barman is happy to give recommendations. But the food was excellent, too. I had lamb ragout and it was delicious, and the starters and dessert were tasty as well. The service was friendly. I loved this place and will go there again when in Cologne.
