What User likes about Manuela Tapas Restaurant:
This is a great tapas restaurant where everything you an order is on display for you to pick and choose from, literally. You tell the waiter which ones you want, they spoon it out from a giant buffet style presentation, cook it if it needs to be, tell you to help yourself to a beer and then you can sit back and relax outside in the patio area. I went with a couple of friends to Manuelas whilst in Cologne for dinner and few drinks. We had to wait atleast 40 mins before we could the attention of the guys at the Tapas Counter. The lady (dont know her name) but she was the only lady there was quite busy yet very accomodating. On the other hand, 2 guys who seemed new to this place were roaming around without attending to the guests. These guys were very rude an... View all feedback.
