The order was for 7:3... read more I've had to work busy days in the restaurant industry before – that's no excuse for bad behavior. Waiting is never a problem, but this is. The order was for 7:30 pm, then moved to 7:40 pm – I arrived on time and was completely ignored by everyone in the place, even though I tried to make contact. Communication with the drivers and the male customers next to me was fine, though. Eventually, I was asked if I'd already ordered, my answer was met with a blank stare, and I was ignored again. After another ten minutes, I asked how much longer it would take and was told they hadn't even started. No apology, not a word. Forty minutes later, they finished, and the female customer was still completely ignored. The male customer in front of me was offered a drink as some kind of apology. Wow.
