Many houses do not open daily and not even in the morning. I cannot think about it when it compares the use of personnel with turnover and draws consequences from it. Ambience The Severin district, in the south of the district (on Kölsch: Vringsveedel), was named after the 1237 consecrated Basilica of St. Severin. The neighborhood is known for its typical wood type. And in Severinstraße I also find this pub. It corresponds entirely to my taste: lots of wood, a long meter and uncomplicated guests and hosts. You come in, find a free stool and get a crumb immediately if you nod the corresponding question with your head. Kölsch Here the Kölsch flows freshly from the barrel. And this is not a comparison with the bottle or a restaurant where the beer is longer in the pipeline. Reissdorf Kölsch is one of the market leaders in Cologne; still it's not my favorite brand. But it was quite good here – it also comes to my own mood, the surroundings and the place. There are also other drinks and also a kitchen for small dishes. But I didn't use it. Conclusion 4 – again happy: on a fresh cardboard, well tempered. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – absolutely again – after “Kuechenreise” Date of visit: 19.09.2018 [here link]
