Fantastic food and great service. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back again!
We had a very nice experience at Dostoevsky. Chose the place based on other TripAdvisor reviews and very glad we did. It is just outside the city center, so a bit off the usual tourist path but an easy taxi ride. Small, intimate setting. The only person we saw was the proprietor, who was serving as host, bartender and waiter. He was friendly and very helpful with the menu. (We managed just fine with our collective limited English and German.) The food was outstanding, and quite reasonably priced -- I am not surprised to see the positive reviews from native Russians on this site. Would gladly recommend and definitely go back if we find ourselves in Cologne again.
