The cakes were h... read more Decent cafe in Cologne that's apparently pretty popular. The food was ok, not great. It's a bakery with so many freshly baked breads and cakes. The cakes were huge. Definitely recommend sharing a slice with two or three people. I had the focaccia and the olive bread. But I unfortunately ordered way too many carbs for a proper first meal of the day. But Both breads were pretty good. My friend got a burger off the lunch menu that was pretty good apparently. Service was decent. The bathroom wasn't good at all. The street it's located on was really cute and was lined with many shops.

I have course had to have... read more This is a great place to have brunch with a group of friends or family. They have an assortment of items that will satisfy everybody. I have course had to have the Nutella with a different Flavored condiments to put on it. I always had the fresh mint tea and Orange juice. I had a friend in town from the states and he wanted some good brunch, we went into town and this was the best place to go to. You never left hungry and you knew you were getting some really great big goods, since it's also Bakery.

It 's a typical tourist place where elderly ladies from outside CGN would go for a coffee, some drinks or dinner after an extensive shopping tour through the city. The Coffee is of medium quality, not much better than the one you can get at any bakery in the morning. I didn 't enjoy the marble-cherry cake much, since I t tasted old with almost no flavor. But, it was quite late in the day as well when I tried it.
