The Cafe Fromme is a well known place in Cologne and offers a first class choice of cakes and pastries. The quality and taste of their products is superb. Unfortunately the prices they ask for drinks, food and service if you want to eat inside the cafe or out on their terrace are far too high and the service is quite slow and sometimes even unfriendly.
