I had an excellent massage with Beth.L She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand what I needed and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with much less tension than when I arrived. Beth.L is clearly skilled at what she does, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality massage. I'll definitely be booking again!
Had to wait 15 minutes to check in at 10:30pm, no one on the reception. When I spoke to bar staff they said it wasnt their problem and I should just wait. No customer service at all and clearly understaffed. Never had to wait over 5 mins to check into any hotel ever, let alone 15 like at Cottons. Will not be returning and hope this helps make a decision for others.
Locating a staff member feels like searching for a ghost ship. When you do find someone, it's challenging to encounter a trained and capable individual who can provide genuine service or hold a conversation instead of just mumbling. The hospitality industry certainly faced significant challenges during the lockdown, but the solution isn't to pay low wages to untrained and poorly supervised young workers while still charging premium city prices! Everything was well thought out and executed flawlessly—there were no surprises and no need to second-guess what to do next. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities; the pool was perfectly heated and had enough length for serious lane swimming. The shower facilities were exactly what I needed. Kudos to the planners for their excellent work. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 5.
