The Cottons Hotel Spa is a four-star hotel near Knutsford offering 138 stylish bedrooms, a spa and pool, a conference and events centre, and an AA-rosetted restaurant. The menu features British and Italian-inspired cuisine including fresh seafood, Italian cured meats, seasonal salads, 28-day-aged steaks, Tuscan-style chicken, pasta, risotto, beer battered fish and chips, handmade beef burgers, and stove-top dishes. The Inka Grill cooks meats at up to 500 degrees centigrade for maximum flavor. Open for lunch and dinner every day from 12 noon, the restaurant also serves a special Tatton Afternoon Tea with optional Prosecco or Champagne. The bar offers a variety of cocktails for guests to enjoy.

Feedback
The outdoor seating area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Jamaican jerk chicken and the pineapple upside down cake for dessert. Overall, a great dining experience at Cottons and we would definitely return.
I stayed at this restaurant for a total of 3 weeks and I must say it was a pleasant experience.
