I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities; the pool was perfectly heated and had enough length for serious lane swimming. The shower facilities were exactly what I needed. Kudos to the planners for their excellent work. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 5.

When you do find someone, it's challenging to encounter a trained and capable individual who can provide genuine service or hold a conversation instead of just mumbling. The hospitality industry certainly faced significant challenges during the lockdown, but the solution isn't to pay low wages to untrained and poorly supervised young workers while still charging premium city prices!
