Simply the best location in Knutsford for beer, wine and spirits. Lovely premises, very knowledgeable and approachable staff. And most importantly, dog-friendly.

In my initial email, I had already explained that the outer packaging was intact and that the cans were securely packed in a tight, pre-formed cardboard. It was clear the can was damaged before it was even packed. I reiterated this point in my response, stating it was unfair to hold the delivery company responsible since they were not at fault. The reply I received continued to place blame on the delivery service, claiming the damaged can could not have been stacked on their shelves that way. While I appreciate the prompt responses and the quality of the products, I find it disappointing that the company is willing to scapegoat an obviously innocent party. To clarify my earlier comments: I’m not questioning the quality of the product—it's fantastic, and your assurance that the damaged can wouldn’t explode upon opening was reassuring! My concern was simply for the delivery company, given that there was no damage to the outer packaging whatsoever. Overall, I’m glad to support a small business and wish you the best of luck with your venture. I will definitely be purchasing from you again, as your selection of beers is the best I’ve come across.
