Waited 40 minutes for our drive thru order. Couldn't leave because of the concrete barrier. Got home and entire order cold/burnt. I'm shocked a employee actually served this double hamburger. One Patty was burnt/dry the other wasn't even cooked all the way. I want a full refund of $21.37. Employees were probably laughing at the customers knowing they prepared food that way.
