Wendy's - Knoxville

A TOTAL BAD EXPERIENCE! Stood waiting for 20 minutes of a 30 minute lunch break. Stood at the counter 30 minutes and kept getting looked at but no assistance. Finally the employee was told to come out to the counter. He had his pants below his but cheeks which was very unappealing and his attitude was pathetic. You couldn't hear him when he asked for my order and became frustrated that I asked him to repeat. The customer in line behind to check my sandwich before taking a bite. I the disassembled the sandwich and discovered the burger was overcooked and the edges were very dark and hard, actually broke the fork and knife attempting to cut the edges off, I ended up just throwing it away. So all in all, this was the worst experience ever at Wendys.

At 9:35 we sat in the drive threw for 15 minutes and no one took our order. We saw people in the Wendy’s but no one would take our order or say a single thing. The line started piling up and still absolutely nothing. I would say it is the worst service but we didn’t even get service.

I'd leave no stars if that was an option. Waited over 10 minutes at the drive through. Employee was rude when we asked what had cost so much. The breakfast we ordered was the 3 dollar deal, it cost us over 14.00 for two sausage egg n cheese croissant, a small fry... Small coke. Just be aware when going to this Wendy's in the mornings. The food was nasty, everything was cold.

What a joke. This place and the workers in it. We waited 29 mins to get our order taken. This was mine and my family’s last trip to this wendys. That’s a promise. Do better.

Waited a long time,they were busy so I understood. But when we got our food our fries were cold and tasted old..... after waiting I figured our food would be fresh.Food: 3/5
