There is the main restaurant where we ate and an adjacent very traditional building serving fondues in two sittings at 6pm & 8pm.The main restaurant is excellent, bright modern and well lit. The staff provide excellent friendly service and the menu offers a broad choice. The quality of the cooking is very high and very well presented. The chef visits the tables to talk with customers to get feedback. The restaurant has a real buzz and prices are reasonable by Swiss standards!Six of us dined there recently and we were all impressed with the experience

It's typical of many mountaintop restaurants, it has a great view (Hence the name) and serves perfectly tasty food and a good selection at that. Service is pretty good as well, but my only grip was the cost.I appreciate that it costs a fair bit of money to transport the goods to the kitchen, but I ate a nice Rosti dish with 2 sausages and it was 35chf!My advice would be to stop halfway down the mountain at one of the "Schwendi" restaurants, the food is possibly slightly better, but half the cost.
