The first entrance we tried was locked, and... read more As visitors from out of town, we were disappointed to discover that the lobby closed early without any prior notice. The first entrance we tried was locked, and when we went to the other side, it was also locked. On our way back to our car, we had to walk through the drive-thru lane and nearly got hit. A person in a nearby car informed us that the lobby was closed, which was frustrating since we had no way of knowing this. To say we were annoyed would be an understatement. We ended up leaving and chose to eat at a different restaurant.

Nobody at the establishment spe... read more I’m giving this restaurant 1 star purely because my order was correct, but that took three repetitions due to language barriers. Nobody at the establishment speaks English, and while I support equal opportunities, effective communication is crucial in a fast food setting. They seem to offer excuses instead of addressing the real issue. Until they improve this situation, I won’t be returning.

Their demeanor lacked warmth, and the young woman who took our order didn’t even inquire how she could help us. It seemed as though they had little interest in providing us with assistance. To add to our disappointment, the soda machine was out of order, and the sodas we were served were flat. On a positive note, the food was delicious once we finally received it.

The sandwich itself tasted stale, like it had been left out for days. After just two bites, I ended up feeling quite nauseous.

Overall, a comfortable stop during our trip, and we're glad we visited.
