There were times when only one person was working (likely the owner, as finding reliable help can be challenging). Regardless, customers were lined up, the phone was ringing, and he was juggling it all—taking orders, making sandwiches, and managing everything smoothly. Nobody had to wait too long. He's doing an impressive job!

Sandwiches were made very well. We were there for lunch. It was very busy and there was a line. The owner(? was alone behind the line. He kept his cool and helped everyone in line quite quickly. Everyone got great service and I'm sure wonderful food. We watched in awe! I'd give more stars if I could.
