The bathrooms have no toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. These are observations made after multiple visits. Management/owners are not keeping up with franchise standards.

Very nasty soda machine clearly never been cleaned and covered in mold which is dispensed into your drink. Makes you wonder the cleaning of food containers and utensils.

There have been occasions when it seemed like only one person was working—possibly the owner—which suggests that finding dependable staff can be tough. Nonetheless, customers were still lining up, the phone was constantly ringing, and he was busy taking orders, preparing sandwiches, and processing payments. Amazingly, no one had to wait for long. He truly does an outstanding job.

While most other Subway locations manage to keep a comfortable temperature even in hot weather, this one feels uncomfortably hot. You want to go in, grab a sub, and savor it in a cool atmosphere, but the heat really diminishes the dining experience. It’s difficult to enjoy your meal in such a hot setting, even for someone like me.

I've also noticed that the restrooms are missing toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, which has been consistent during my multiple visits. It appears that the management and owners are not following the franchise standards properly.
