We also... read more I absolutely loved the stuffed pretzel with cheese and mushrooms - it had all my favorite flavors. It was incredibly tasty and I can't wait to go back. We also tried the sweet cheese apple vanilla Danish, which was delicious. This place is definitely perfect for a delicious meal. The only downside was that we couldn't order coffee because they didn't offer milk substitutions.

The brown butter pear and marscapone pastry is phenomenal as is the cheese danish, pecan cinnamon bun and everything they make!! They also have fresh baked breads, donuts and a grill that makes breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Delicious!!

It added a fun and quirky touch to the bak... read more I recently visited Proof Bakery, and I was absolutely in love with their unique spin off of Breaking Bad merchandise. It added a fun and quirky touch to the bakery. Now let’s talk about the pastries the chocolate croissant was simply outstanding! It was one of the best pastries I’ve ever had. My wife’s cheese danish was equally delightful and truly a treat. The coffees we ordered were also really good, complementing the pastries perfectly. The only minor comment we had was that the service interaction felt a bit awkward. The staff didn’t seem overly friendly or welcoming. However, this didn’t overshadow the overall experience and the phenomenal decor of the bakery. If you’re looking for amazing pastries and a unique ambiance, Proof Bakery is definitely worth a visit.
